ABOUT RICHARD
Hi, I'm Richard. I'm glad you're here.
For more than 35 years I've helped small business owners, start-ups, home-based businesses and side hustlers keep their numbers straight and their technology running. RJJ Comptech Solutions is a minority-owned firm built on one idea: you deserve someone who knows your name.
MY STORY
Numbers and technology, with a personality
My career has taken me through public accounting, small businesses, large corporations and non-profits. Each one taught me something different about how money really moves, and how much good records and dependable technology matter to the people running the show.
Today I put all of that experience to work for small businesses, new start-ups, home-based businesses and side hustles: the owners who are doing it all themselves and deserve a partner who can handle the books, the taxes and the tech in one place.
Most of our work happens virtually, so clients get faster answers and no wasted trips. When you'd rather sit down face to face, or you can only meet after work or on a weekend, we make that happen too.

When I'm not working
I believe in work-life balance, for my clients and for myself. I'm a lifelong baseball fan, and you can usually find me at a Detroit Tigers game. I love cycling all over Metro Detroit, I play tennis, and I'm always in the middle of a good political or legal thriller.
Music has always been a big part of my life. I'm a huge music fan and spent several years working as a professional DJ. Recently, a lifelong fascination with flying has led me to hang-gliding and to become a licensed drone pilot. Let's go!
